Each offers a gentle introduction to the way I work, with the same calm, reflective approach that sits at the heart of the membership.
The Quiet Hour
A live, twice-weekly morning session where you dedicate one uninterrupted hour to whatever will nourish your day most. Supported by a carefully chosen playlist and the quiet presence of others.
Promise to Oneself
A live weekly space to pause, reflect and reconnect with the promises you’ve made to yourself. A gentle opportunity to notice what’s working, what needs attention, and the next small step forward.
Moon Reflection
A live 45–60 minute guided reflection held around the Full Moon. Together we pause, acknowledge what has unfolded, celebrate progress, let go of what no longer serves, and set clear intentions for the weeks ahead.
All sessions are live, creating a sense of shared presence and commitment that simply can’t be recreated through recordings.
If you later decide to join the Inner Gym Membership, these sessions are all included as part of your monthly membership.
