Promise to Oneself
A gentle monthly pause to reconnect with yourself and begin each new month with clarity, intention and self-compassion.
We gather online on the first Saturday of each month in a confidential, audio-led space. You’re welcome to arrive from 9.15am with music before we begin together at 9.30am.
Each month follows its own natural theme, exploring the changing seasons, cycles and energy of the month ahead. Using carefully curated journal sheets, I’ll gently guide you through a process of reflection, helping you notice what matters most right now.
Together we’ll explore:
where you are today
what is asking for your attention
what you would like to nurture during the coming month
one or two simple commitments that will genuinely support your wellbeing.
You’ll leave with your completed Declaration of Commitment and Intentional Monthly Planner—not a long list of goals, but a gentle focus that feels realistic, supportive and meaningful.
All journal resources are included and available through the course platform, allowing you to revisit them throughout the month whenever you need to reconnect with your intentions.
