Every Tuesday at 6.45am for 7am start, I host a 15-minute energy check-in to help us all become more mindful and self-responsible. When we take the time to check in with ourselves, we set the stage for a happier, more balanced day.
I guide our group through a series of reflective questions to tune into our emotional, physical, and energetic states. We identify areas of tension—like resentment and fear—and explore how these feelings impact our overall well-being. We also reflect on practical steps to support ourselves through self-care and kindness. To wrap up, we anchor our energy with a deep breathe, grounding ourselves and connecting with the present moment.
