A candle with a purpose
The Pause in Nature candle has been created by Pure Peace to help raise funds for Pause in Nature.
Pause in Nature is being established to provide calm, accessible nature-based sessions for adults in the local community. The aim is to create gentle spaces where people can step away from everyday pressure, spend time outdoors, and experience moments of rest, reflection and connection.
Each candle is hand-poured by Pure Peace, with £10 from every candle donated to Pause in Nature.
Why this candle has been created:
Many people spend much of their lives caring, holding responsibility, supporting others, or moving through difficult seasons quietly.
Pause in Nature exists to offer simple, grounding opportunities for people to pause.
This may include:
quiet outdoor sessions
gentle guided walks
reflective workshops
calm community gatherings
time in nature with no pressure to perform or explain
The candle project helps make these sessions more accessible, so they do not need to rely solely on individuals paying to attend.

For every candle sold:
Candle price: £15
Donation to Pause in Nature: £10
The money raised will help support the running of Pause in Nature community sessions, including things such as venue or land access, basic materials, refreshments, insurance, administration, and keeping sessions affordable or free where possible.
The aim is to keep the project simple, transparent and community-focused.
